Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2026 · Version 1.2

1. Introduction

SoloHub aims to transform the administrative overhead of the “one-person army” into an automated, high-fidelity business workflow. This policy explains how the company manages information identifying individuals, households, or devices.

2. Applicability

This policy covers data collected when users interact with SoloHub Services, Gmail Add-ons, Workspace Extensions, and the company's digital presence. SoloHub also acts as a processor for client data under its Platform Agreement and DPA.

3. Personal Information Processed

SoloHub collects:

  • Directly-provided information (legal names, tax IDs, identification documents)
  • Automatically-ingested data (email metadata, transaction records)
  • Gmail data — email metadata, content, and attachments where you have connected your Gmail account (see Section 5)
  • Cookies and marketing data

Strict Privacy Firewall: SoloHub never uses bank transaction data or balances for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Uses

Information supports autonomous services, legal compliance, security maintenance, and platform improvement through de-identified analysis.

5. Gmail & Google Integration Data

SoloHub integrates with Gmail to automatically detect and extract financial documents — bills, invoices, and receipts — from your email. When you connect your Gmail account, SoloHub accesses:

  • Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject line, date)
  • Email body content and attachments where financial documents are identified

SoloHub's use of Gmail data is strictly limited to the following:

  • No advertising use: Gmail data is never used for advertising, ad targeting, or marketing profiling — under any circumstances.
  • No sale or transfer: Gmail data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their independent use.
  • No human reading: SoloHub does not permit humans to read your Gmail content, except (a) with your explicit consent for support purposes, (b) for security investigations, or (c) as required by applicable law.
  • Purpose limitation: Gmail data is used solely to identify, extract, and structure financial documents within your SoloHub workspace. It is not used for any other purpose.

SoloHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account settings or within SoloHub Settings.

6. Disclosure Recipients

SoloHub shares data with financial institutions, tax authorities, authorized workspace members, and regulatory bodies for AML/KYC compliance.

7. User Rights

Individuals may access, correct, and delete their data, and opt out of non-essential cookies via our “Your Privacy Choices” footer or through Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

8. International Transfers

Data may transfer to the United States or other jurisdictions using Standard Contractual Clauses and Row-Level Security measures.

9. Legal Basis (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

Processing relies on contractual necessity, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in fraud prevention.

10. Security

SoloHub employs encryption, audit trails, and enterprise-grade protective measures.

11. Retention

Personal information is retained as necessary for stated purposes.

12. California Residents
